How do I send money to the Philippines using London Manila-Express?

Visit us personally or use one of the methods listed below. Either way, you must make sure to furnish us with the following :


What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Visit us personally and pay by cash (max. limit £1000/transaction), debit card, credit card or bank drafts payable to London Manila-Express Ltd. Make sure to have your passport and proof of address (dated not more than 3months old) with you if paying with cash. Sorry, we do not accept personal cheques.

  • Telephone, internet banking or bank transfer to our account. Call us for bank account details.

  • Make sure you inform us of the details after making your deposit (via telephone on 020 7373 6690, by email, or directly from this website using our online form. Cash deposits made after 3:30 PM on weekdays will be processed on the next working day. However, the exchange rate that applies is the rate on the day our account is credited. Week-end and public holiday bank transfers to our account will be processed on the next banking day.

    NOTE : Over the counter cash deposits (max. limit £1000/transaction) to our bank account will be processed immediately after you notify us. This type of payment is subject to bank cash handling charges. You will pay an extra £4 for any amount up to £500 (minimum charge £4), then another £4 for the next amount to £1000 and so forth, ex: total charge for £1000.00 is £8 + plus our service fee. No personal cheques or bank drafts should be deposited into any of the accounts.

  • Bank drafts or money orders to the same address above.

  • By phone using a pre-registered debit or credit card. Funds are transferred immediately upon receipt of payment authorization by debit or credit card provider.

    Terms and Conditions for credit and debit card payments:

    1. Client is required to furnish us with photocopies of the following documents:

    Passport or driver's licence and two proofs of address, eg. bank or credit card statement, utility bills.
    2. Client is required to register card details but all data provided shall be protected under the Data Protection Act. Please print out and fill in this form (you may need to install the free Adobe Acrobat reader to do this) and send it together with a photocopy of actual card showing cardholder name (if sending by email or post) to our office. Note: If registering in person, client must have the card at hand for verification and name on card to be registered must match sender's name.

    3. London Manila-Express reserves the right to decline transactions if it suspects any form of fraud and will file criminal charges and sue for damages in accordance with the law.

    4. London Manila-Express will limit the amount (max. limit £500/card transaction) that can be debited to any single card per transaction in compliance with money laundering controls and financial regulations.
